Turan İKİKAT
He was born in Tokat in 1974. He completed his primary, secondary, and high school education in Tokat. He graduated from Anadolu University's Open Education Faculty, Department of Laboratory Veterinary Medicine, and from Anadolu University's Faculty of Business Administration, Department of Management and Organization.
In 1993, he began working as a health officer at the Tokat Başçiftlik Central Health Center.
He worked at the Sinop Türkeli Yeşiloba Health Center between 1998 and 2001,
at the Amasya Central Ziyaret Health Center between 2001 and 2004,
at the Amasya Provincial Health Directorate between 2004 and 2009,
at the Amasya Sabuncuoğlu Şerefeddin Training and Research Hospital between 2009 and 2013,
at the Amasya Public Hospitals Union General Secretariat between 2013 and 2016,
and at the Samsun Training and Research Hospital between 2017 and 2023.
He has been serving as the Quality and Productivity Unit Manager at our institution since June 2023,
and as the Quality Management Manager at our institution since September 2025.
He is married and has two children.
