She graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Economics, Public Administration, Atatürk University, Health Management. Later, she completed her master's degree in Health Management at Istanbul Okan University and her doctorate in Health Management at SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY (İMBL) in Russia.
